Don Conreaux ist ein Quell von Weisheit, ein Friedensstifter und Visionär und wie kein anderer erfahren in den Wirkungen und Tiefen der Gongs. Von ihm zu lernen und mit ihm zu sein ist unbezahlbar und in jeder Hinsicht bereichernd.
Dieser Workshop BASIC INTERNATIONAL GONG MASTER TRAINING richtet sich sowohl an alle GongSpieler, die die mitreissende Herangehensweise von Don erleben möchten und die Transformationskraft ihres Gongspiels verstärken möchten. Dieser Workshop ist ebenfalls ideal für Menschen, die sich stark zu den Gongs hingezogen fühlen und erstmals beginnen zu spielen.
Die Gelegenheit von einer Ausnahmepersönlichkeit wie Don Conreaux zu lernen und ihn zu erleben 
ist in Deutschland einmalig. Don unterrichtet diesen Workshop wieder gemeinsam mit Kay Karl (GongCenter Berlin), erfahrene Workshopleiterin und Ausbilderin aus Berlin und selbst langjährige Schülerin von Don Conreaux.
Inhalte dieses Basic Gong Master Trainings sind.: Spieltechniken an hängenden Gongs, Spieltechniken an Handgongs, Gong Bath, Gong Performance, Spiritual Free Jazz, Gong Consciousness, Gong Philosophy, Spielerfahrung in der Natur, Shruti, Muschelhorn u.v.a.m.
Workshopsprache ist Englisch mit teilweiser Übersetzung ins Deutsche.
Der Workshop findet statt im ADELHAUS in Wilmersdorf (120 km nördlich von Berlin) mit guter Regionalbahnanbindung (Bahnhof Heiligengrabe).www.adelhaus.de
Die Plätze sind begrenzt. Es empfiehlt sich daher unbedingt eine frühzeitige Anmeldung.

Wir werden die Zimmerwünsche so weit wie möglich berücksichtigen. In jeder Kategorie stehen nur wenige Betten zur Verfügung. Vorraussichtlich können wir für diesen Workshop keine Einzelzimmer im Adelhaus anbieten. Sollte sich das ändern, benachrichtigen wir diejenigen, die daran Interesse anmelden.
Wer auf Unterbringung im Einzelzimmer nicht verzichten möchte, nutzt die Möglichkeit, im Hotel im Nachbarort zu übernachten..
Zahlungskonditionen:
Die Teilnehmerplätze sind begrenzt. Wir vergeben die Plätze nach verbindlicher Anmeldung und Anzahlung. First come first serve.
Die Anzahlung i. H. v. 500,00 € ist fällig bei Anmeldung und sichert verbindlich deinen Platz. Bitte nenne uns bei der Anmeldung deinen Unterbringungswunsch.
Der Restbetrag ist fällig zwei Wochen vor Beginn des Workshops mit Banküberweisung bzw nach Absprache in bar zum Beginn des Workshops. Es besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, den Restbetrag in Raten zwischen Januar und August 2020 zu bezahlen.
Stornierung deiner Teilnahme:
Für die Organisation dieses Workshops ist für uns eine Planungssicherheit unumgänglich. Bitte beachte, dass daher derAnzahlungbetrag nicht erstattbar ist. Solltest du am Workshop wider Erwarten nicht teilnehmen können, erstatten wir diesen Betrag nicht zurück.
Bei Absage nach dem 18. Juli wird der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig. Es steht dir frei, nach Absprache mit uns einen Ersatzteilnehmer zu stellen, der deinen Platz und deine Anzahlung übernimmt.
Bei Abbruch des Workshops duch den Teilnehmer erfolgt keine Erstattung.
Mit deiner Anzahlung stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu.
Sollte dieser Workshop aus unvorhersehbaren Gründen nicht stattfinden können, erstatten wir umgehend sämtliche bereits geleisteten Beträge zurück.

Gongs
Wir bitten die Teilnehmer soweit vorhanden, eigene Gongs, Stands und Mallets mitzubringen. Wer eine Shrutibox oder andere Klanginstrumente besitzt, bringt diese auch gerne mit. Darüber hinaus stehen Gongs aus dem GongCenter Berlin (www.gongcenter-berlin.de) zur Verfügung.

Eight Corners of Heaven Mirror Gong
The Eight Corners of Heaven Mirror Gong was developed in collaboration with the Gong Master 
“Don Conreaux”. This gong features a unique appearance with ancient mysterious symbols set against a mirror finish. The eight runic glyphs represent the cycle of life and suggest that the sound of the gong originates in the eight corners of heaven propelling the cycle of life on earth. Both sides of the gong are finished with a mirror surface allowing the player to see himself, listeners, or other gong players in an ensemble. This is also beneficial in meditation and therapy use for self-mirroring and reflecting surrounding lights.
Dieser Gong ist beidseitig verspiegelt. Die Arbeit mit und an diesem Gong ist wichtiger Bestandteil des Workshops. Der EightCorners of Heaven Mirror Gong ist keineVoraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Workshop.

Don´s Bitte
Don´s Anliegen ist es, in seinen Workshops so viel Wissen, Weisheit und Wahrheit zu vermitteln, wie möglich. Es ist sein und unser Wunsch, dass jeder Teilnehmer mit dem großtmöglichen Wissen und Inspiration nach Hause fährt. Die Workshoptage sind intensiv und wir werden viele verschiedene Themen berühren. Don bittet darum, dass die Teilnehmer bereits im Vorfeld ihre Fragen sammeln und Themenschwerpunkte formulieren, die sie persönlich besonders interessieren.
Lasst uns nicht zögerlich mit Fragen sein. Dies ist die eine, seltene Gelegenheit, von einem ganz besonderen GongMaster und von einer echten Persönlichkeit direkt zu lernen!
Don spricht nur Englisch. Ich habe Don bei früheren Workshops übersetzt und werde dies teilweise auch hier tun. Ich bin keine berufliche Übersetzerin und es besteht kein Anspruch auf eine Übersetzung.

New York-based Don Conreaux, 86, Grand Gong Master is to teach three gong master trainings at Adelhaus.
Don is a source of wisdom, a peacemaker and visionary, and experienced in the effects and depths of the gong like no other. Learning from him and being withhim is priceless and enriching in every way.
The Basic International Gongmaster Training is aimed at all gong players who want to experience Don’s thrilling approach and strengthen the transformative power of their gong playing. This workshop is also ideal for people who are attracted to the gong and playing for the first time.
The opportunity to learn from and experience an exceptional personality like Don Conreaux is unique in Germany. Don teaches this workshop again together with Kay Karl (GongCenter Berlin), an experienced gong player and workshop facilitator based in Berlin and herself a longtime student of Don’s.
Basic Gong Master Training covers: playing techniques hanging gongs & hand held gongs, gong bath, gong performance, spiritual free jazz, gong consciousness, gong philosophy, magnum opus of the gong, playing in nature, shruti, and others.
The workshop will be held in English with partial interpretation in German.
The workshop takes place at the Adelhaus in Wilmersdorf, 120 km north of Berlin, which is served by good regional train connections to the Heiligengrabe station.
Places are limited. Booking early is highly recommended.

We will consider the room wishes as much as possible. There are only a few beds available in each category. We probably will not be able to offer single rooms in the Adelhaus for this workshop due to space considerations. Should this change, we will notify those who are interested.
If you do not wish to do without accommodation in a single room, please contact me. It is possible to book your room in a hotel in the next village.
Payment terms:
The number of participants is limited. We assign the seats after securing registration and deposit. First come first serve.
A deposit of 500 € is due upon registration and bindingly secures your place. Please kindly give us your accommodation request when registering. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the start of the workshop with bank transfer or by arrangement in cash at the beginning of the workshop. It is also possible to pay the balance in 100-euro installments between January and August 2020.
Cancellation of your participation:
In order to book and organize this workshop, we need to have some certainty regarding attendance.
Please note, therefore, that the deposit is non-refundable. Should you not be able to attend the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.
After consultation with us you may choose to provide a substitute participant who takes over your deposit and your place
Cancellation after 18 July: 100% of the workshop & seminar house fee immediately due
If the participant stops attending at any point during the workshop, no refund will be made.
With your down payment you agree to these terms.
If for unforeseen reasons this workshop cannot take place, we will immediately refund all amounts already paid.

Gongs
Participants are requested to bring their own gongs, stalls and mallets (if possible). If you own a shruti box or other sound instruments, you are welcome to bring them with you. In addition, some gongs will be available on site from the GongCenter Berlin (www.gongcenter-berlin.de).

Directions:
By train
Take a regional train from Berlin toward Wittemberge; get off at the “Heiligengrabe” station (Various departure points from Berlin; i.e. Gesundbrunnen, Hennigsdorf, or Spandau). From the Heiligengrabe station it is 3 km through an oak tree-lined street. We can arrange for pick-up at the station; let us know in advance.
By car
From Berlin take A24 toward Hamburg, exit at Pritzwalk, right through Heiligengrabe, at the end of 
town go right toward Wernikow / Maulbeerwalde, after the railway crossing go left and continue 3 km to Wilmersdorf. The Adelhaus is just before the end of the village on the right side (opposite an open meadow).

Don’s wish is to convey as much knowledge, wisdom, and truth as possible in his workshops. It is his and our desire that every participant leave the workshop with the greatest possible knowledge and 
inspiration. The workshop days are intense and we will touch on many different topics. Don asks that the participants gather their questions in advance and formulate special topics that interest them personally.
